THE STORY

The Francés family lived in the town of Losa del Obispo, dedicated to Mining : whose first records date back to 1887 by the paternal family, the great-grandfather León Francés, 4th generation of miners. And to Agriculture : the first records are from the year 1891 by the maternal family, the great-grandfather Francisco Cervera.

The business suffered a major decline and, after the death of his father in 1981, the middle son of the family Jose Miguel Francés had to face a host of problems at an early age. After long years, and despite repeated advice to desist, he managed to overcome the economy of the company and in 1990 he constituted the commercial company Levantina de Sílices y Arcillas SL , which brought together both professions and had as its objective: the realization, extraction, washing, classification and transformation of minerals; road freight transport service; and agricultural operations and transformations, excavations and earthworks.

Later, around the year 2000, the company diversified its activities and began its journey in the field of urbanization and subsequent construction, creating in 2003 the company Promociones LESILAR SL , whose objective was: urbanization, subdivision, promotion, construction, sale, lease, rehabilitation, restoration and execution of works. And that has been advancing rapidly with the collaboration of different professionals, societies, individuals and companies.

And to finish, simply add that, you should not comment on a matter as long as you do not know the problem from the root, you can never know where that person has had to go to get to the situation in which they find themselves. Translated into working terms, there is no better result than that of a person who has known the process since its inception: from what mineral is used for that kitchen tile, or what graft should be made to the tree to achieve that beautiful lemon tree in the garden; to how to place the waiting reinforcement of that foundation footing, for the imposing entrance pillar. He will study and calculate with ingenuity and insight each problem that arises, until reaching the best possible solution, the result of experience.
